Send us the contract you are already under

Most buildings in Southwest Florida pay for elevator service under an agreement nobody has read closely in years. We read yours at no charge and tell you what it covers, what it quietly excludes, and where the number is padded.

Is my elevator maintenance contract overpriced?

Short answer

Frequently, and the price is rarely where the problem is. The cost usually hides in the exclusions, the escalation clause and the callback terms. A competitive monthly rate attached to a list that excludes the components most likely to fail is more expensive than a higher rate that covers them.

There is no charge and no obligation to switch. A good number of the reviews we do end with the building renegotiating with the contractor they already have.

Questions

Questions we get asked

Do I have to switch to LifTech?

No. There is no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence. A good number of the reviews we do end with the building renegotiating with the contractor they already have.

Will you tell me my current contract is fine?

If it is, yes. Saying otherwise would cost us more credibility than one contract is worth.

How long does a review take?

Usually a few business days. If you are against a renewal deadline, say so and we will prioritise it.

Can you review a repair or modernization quote too?

Yes. Send the scope of work rather than just the price — the scope is where the real differences are.

Holding a quote, a notice or a contract?

Send it over. We read it free and tell you what we would question.
