Who we work for

Elevator service for commercial and industrial buildings

Offices, warehouses and freight equipment where downtime interrupts operations rather than comfort.

How often should freight elevators be serviced?

Short answer

More often than passenger equipment carrying the same age, because freight units run heavier loads with rougher handling and are usually the last unit in the maintenance budget. Frequency should be set by load and cycle count, not by matching the passenger schedule.

What matters in these buildings

Freight is under-maintained everywhere

It is the most common gap we find. Heavily loaded, lightly serviced, and the first thing to fail at the worst moment.

Downtime has a measurable cost

In a working facility an outage stops work. That changes the arithmetic on preventive maintenance.

Equipment nobody has surveyed

Many industrial buildings have never had an independent condition assessment. It is usually a revealing exercise.

What makes us different

We bring every trade. You coordinate nobody.

Most elevator contractors bid the elevator and leave you to find an electrician, a fire alarm company and an HVAC contractor — then coordinate all of them around a schedule you did not write. That is how a modernization turns into a second job for a property manager.

LifTech bids the whole thing. Every sub-trade is in our scope, on our schedule, under our supervision. You get one contract, one point of contact and one company accountable for the finished result.

  • Elevator
  • Electrical
  • Fire alarm
  • HVAC & mini-split
  • 3-phase disconnects
  • Ball valves & oil lines
  • Control room
  • Permitting
  • Inspection coordination

Questions

Questions we get asked

Do you work on equipment you did not install?

Yes, all major makes and models. Most of our work is on equipment someone else installed.

Can you cover multiple buildings under one agreement?

Yes. One set of records, one escalation path and one set of terms across the portfolio.

Will you review our existing contract?

At no charge and with no obligation. Send the agreement and we will tell you what it actually covers.

Want a second opinion on what you are paying?

Send us the agreement or the quote. We read it free and come back in writing.
